At Serenity Point, it is our commitment to
maintain design guidelines that ensure a common
community character, while encouraging the
creative design and expression of each of our
residents. Each structure within our
community will have an architectural vision that
will add to the quality and appearance of Serenity
Point.
The architectural style of Serenity Point has been
compiled of four unique mountain home
designs… Rustic Log Cabin, Arts &
Crafts, French Château and Tuscan
Retreat. While each style has its own
distinctive characteristics, they offer Serenity
Point a diverse yet conforming mountain theme for
all of our residents to enjoy.
While there is no requirement to use one of
Serenity Point's preferred builders, we offer an
array of innovative floor plans to choose from.
