      Serenity Point is located in the southern portion of the Cumberland Plateau, which is situated in the south central region of Tennessee.
  • What major cities are nearby?
      Ideally located (link to map), Serenity Point is a one hour drive to downtown Nashville and approximately 40 minutes from Chattanooga. Additionally, the emerging towns of Sewanee, Monteagle and Winchester are all within 15 minutes from Serenity Point
  • How large are the Home Sites in Serenity Point?
      All Home Sites in Serenity Point are a minimum of five (5) acres.
  • How do you maintain (5) acres of land?
      You wont have to maintain all (5) acres of land. You simply have to maintain the area surrounding your home. The remaining portions of your property typically consists of natural forest, scenic gorges and flowing creeks… which you would want to keep in its natural state.
  • What do I have to do to visit Serenity Point?
      It’s very simple. All you need to do is get Pre Approved. Once Pre Approved we will schedule an all expense paid trip to the mountains. You can either fill out our quick and easy Pre Approval form online, or may contact one of professional land specialists at (888) 895-8111.
  • Is there a time requirement to build a home?
      Build now or later…There are now time requirements to build. Although Serenity Point allows for you to take your time to build your home, when the time comes, we offer an array of potential floor plans to your every need.
  • What type of roads and utilities are available at Serenity Point?
      Serenity Point is a gated community, with private paved roads and underground utilities.
  • Is there a Home Owners Association?
